Shipping within the Continental U.S.
When standard shipping is selected, MSC determines the most efficient shipping method/carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: UPS or the United States Postal Service.
Ground Shipping Rates
$5.95 for orders up to $50.00
$6.95 for orders $50.01 - $100.00
$7.95 for orders over $100.00
3 Day Service
Add $12.95 to the Ground Shipping Rate.
2 Day Service
Add $22.95 to the Ground Shipping Rate. Note: Certain items are not eligible for 2-Day or Overnight shipping because of their size: Snowboards and roof racks can only be shipped via Ground or 3 Day Service.
Add $32.95 to the Ground Shipping Rate. Note: Certain items are not eligible for 2-Day or Overnight shipping because of their size: Snowboards and roof racks can only be shipped via Ground or 3 Day Service.
Certain items that we ship: some bike racks, luggage carriers, roof racks, etc. cost extra to ship. You will see on the product page any additional shipping charges that will be manually added (by us) to your purchase.
Shipping to Alaska
MSC ships to Alaska using Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. All packages shipped to Alaska are shipped at the flat rate of $15.00.
Please Note: Oversize and bulky items may not be shipped using this service.
Shipping to Canada
MSC ships to Canada using the Postal Service. All packages shipped to Canada are shipped at the flat rate of $15.00. All duty, taxes and Canadian Postal handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
At this time MSC has suspended its use of the Postal Service for international shipments. The only exception to this policy will be for shipments to APO addresses for members of the military and for shipments to Canada. All other packages being shipped to an overseas address must be shipped via UPS.
All international shipping charges will be emailed to the customer for approval prior to the processing of an order. All duty, taxes and brokerage/handling charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Do We Accept Returned Merchandise? Your satisfaction is important to us! If you order something from us and you don't like it...for whatever reason...send it back to us within 30 days of the date of purchase in the same condition we sent it to you! (Please see below for a few product exceptions to this policy.)
What Do You Need To Return? For a full refund of the product cost please include the product (!) and all the original product packaging, product labels and tags...still attached.
What About Exchanges? Yes, we will exchange a product, if you wish. Exchanges are subject to the same conditions: Within 30 days, in same condition, all tags, etc.
Are Shipping Fees Refunded? No...unless we shipped the wrong product or the product arrived damaged. You are also responsible for all shipping fees when returning the product. We do not issue "Call Tags" or accept "COD" packages.
Return/Exchange Exception Notes: We do not accept returns of any food products, hydration products (including water bottles), or any special order items that you may have requested from us. Further, if the item has been either damaged by you or visibly used prior to its return we will fairly adjust the refund price to reflect the current value of the product(s).
What About Products Bought Over 30 days ago? Products purchased over 30 days prior to their return (but before 60 days have passed) will be assessed a 20% re-stocking fee. Products purchased over 60 days prior to their return will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
What If You Shop Early For The Holidays? First of all...good for you!! As to holiday gifts you may have purchased for someone else...we consider the purchase date to be December 25 and the 30 day return policy begins then.
